UPEI board of governors names new chairperson

CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. — The UPEI board of governors has appointed a brand new chairperson following the resignation of earlier chair Pat Sinnott.
Shannon MacDonald was voted by her friends to go the place throughout a gathering on June 23.
MacDonald is a companion with Ernst and Younger Canada’s nationwide healthcare follow and has held senior management roles with Accenture Canada and Deloitte in well being system coverage and transformation.
She joined the board in 2017, has served as chair of the governance and appeals committee since 2018 and is the present chair of the UPEI presidential search committee.
