Ukraine needs ‘fire parity’ with Russia to defend Luhansk region, top general says

KYIV (Reuters) -Ukraine wants “fireplace parity” with Russia with a purpose to stabilize the troublesome state of affairs within the nation’s japanese area of Luhansk, Ukraine’s high normal instructed his U.S. counterpart throughout a cellphone name on Friday.
