Harvard must face lawsuit over ‘horrific’ slave photos -Massachusetts court

BOSTON (Reuters) -Massachusetts’ highest court docket on Thursday dominated that Harvard College will be sued for mistreating a descendant of slaves who had been compelled to be photographed in 1850 for a examine by a professor making an attempt to show the inferiority of Black individuals.
