Former PQ leader André Boisclair’s sex assault cases returning to court – Montreal

Former Parti Québécois chief André Boisclair’s prison instances on allegations of sexual assault are due again in courtroom Monday.

Boisclair, 56, has pleaded not responsible to fees in separate instances involving two alleged victims whose identities are coated by a publication ban.
