WINNIPEG — The primary of three constitution flights bringing Ukrainian refugees fleeing Russia’s invasion to Canada has landed in Manitoba this afternoon.

Immigration Minister Sean Fraser has mentioned the three flights are to assist carry roughly 900 Ukrainians authorized for emergency journey into Canada.
