CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. — Police are investigating a string of studies of damaged home windows and thefts from autos parked at P.E.I. seashores from July 16 to Aug. 7.

Mounties obtained 9 studies of harm and theft from autos at Cabot Seashore, Thunder Cove, Cousins Shore, Cape Tryon, Darnley and Brackley Seashore.

Police mentioned the crimes occurred in the course of the day and early evenings. Stolen gadgets embody electronics, wallets, purses and bank cards.

RCMP media relations officer Cpl. Gavin Moore mentioned it’s believed that criminals are concentrating on beachgoers.
