CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. — A P.E.I. lady who was allegedly thrown off her electrical scooter and injured after it collided with a pace bump on a metropolis road is suing the Metropolis of Charlottetown.
In response to a press release of declare filed in P.E.I. Supreme Courtroom, on June 29, 2022, at round 4:30 p.m., the plaintiff, Charlottetown resident Madison Kaylee James, and her sister had been using their electrical motorized scooters on Goodwill Avenue in a marked bicycle lane on the precise facet of the street travelling northwest.
