UNITED NATIONS (Reuters) – A Congolese girl was kidnapped twice by militants within the Democratic Republic of Congo, repeatedly raped and compelled to prepare dinner and eat human flesh, a Congolese rights group instructed the United Nations Safety Council on Wednesday.

Julienne Lusenge, president of girls’s rights group Feminine Solidarity for Built-in Peace and Growth (SOFEPADI), instructed the girl’s story whereas addressing the 15-member council concerning the conflict-torn east of Congo.
