CHARLOTTETOWN — A brewpub on Prince Edward Island says a barrage of harassment that adopted a go to from Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has culminated in violence, after somebody smashed the windshield within the firm van.

Lone Oak Brewing Firm stated in a Fb publish and film Saturday that its supply driver discovered the van that morning with spiderwebs of cracked glass spreading out from what seems to be two factors of influence.

The publish says administration is taking “the required steps to maintain our workers secure” and that police had been notified in regards to the incident.

The smashed windshield comes after the pub says it confronted a torrent of “destructive and vulgar feedback,” personal messages and cellphone calls after workers posted footage from a July 22 go to from Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.

The publish says one picture needed to be taken down as a result of it was attracting feedback sexualizing Lone Oak workers.

An announcement Sunday from Trudeau’s workplace says the threats and violence confronted by the pub are unacceptable and that it is heartening to see the neighborhood help the enterprise and condemn the assaults.
