White House: Intelligence review of Trump document risk is ‘appropriate’

WASHINGTON (Reuters) -The White Home on Monday stated it’s “acceptable” that the U.S. intelligence neighborhood is reviewing potential nationwide safety dangers if former President Donald Trump took ultra-sensitive materials to his residence after his time period ended.
The White Home just isn’t concerned in that probe of supplies recovered throughout a search of Trump’s Florida residence, the Biden administration stated.
Nationwide Intelligence Director (DNI) Avril Haines stated in a letter to lawmakers on Friday that her workplace is working with the Justice Division to “facilitate a classification overview” of paperwork together with these recovered throughout the Aug. 8 search of Trump’s Florida residence Mar-a-Lago.
