Warming centres open in Charlottetown as cold snap hits minus-forties with wind chill

CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. — 4 warming centres are open in Charlottetown on Saturday, Feb. 4.

The Group Outreach Centre at 241 Euston St., is open its common 8 a.m.- 8 p.m.
