CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. — The P.E.I. Public Colleges Department is advising that Bluefield, Charlottetown, Morell, Souris and Montague households of colleges might be closed as winter climate hits the Island on Tuesday, Dec. 13.
The Three Oaks, Kensington and Kinkora households of colleges might be dismissing two hours early, whereas all faculties within the Westisle household will dismiss on the common time.
