Firefighter killed in Philadelphia building collapse

(Reuters) – A firefighter was killed when a constructing collapsed trapping a number of folks, the Philadelphia Hearth Division stated on Saturday.
The fireplace division stated there have been “2 trapped members from the collapse at 300 W. Indiana St. 1 member was transported to the hospital. The opposite, a 27-year veteran, was pronounced [dead] on the scene.” The division later stated the incident was below management.
Jim Kenney, the mayor of Philadelphia, posted a message on Twitter saying: “Grieving with the members of the @PhillyFireDept and all @PhiladelphiaGov who misplaced certainly one of our personal within the line of responsibility in the present day.”
