Pentagon spokesperson Kirby to take up senior White House comms role- sources

(Reuters) – Pentagon spokesperson John Kirby will transfer to the White Home to take up a senior communications position, two sources acquainted with the matter informed Reuters on Thursday.

The Pentagon declined to remark.

Kirby, who has been the face of Pentagon briefings together with through the Ukraine invasion in current months, was beforehand on the State Division and likewise served as Pentagon Press Secretary to former Protection Secretary Chuck Hagel.
