Section of Trans-Canada Highway in Stratford to be reduced to one lane

STRATFORD, P.E.I. — A piece of the Trans-Canada Freeway between Stratford Highway and Kinlock Highway close to the brand new roundabout might be lowered to at least one lane Saturday morning and Sunday morning.
