Driver allegedly travelling at 191 km/h stopped around Aurora, Ont., police say

Police round Aurora, Ont., say they stopped a automobile driving at 191 km/h on a freeway who allegedly defended himself by saying he was “going with the move of site visitors.”

In a tweet, Ontario Provincial Police’s (OPP) freeway security division mentioned the incident came about on Freeway 404.

Officers with OPP’s Aurora detachment allegedly clocked the driving force dashing within the high-occupancy lane of the freeway, reserved for automobiles with a number of occupants, resembling journey shares and public transit.

Police mentioned he was charged with stunt driving, not having insurance coverage, failing to show two license plates and improper use of the HOV lane.

The motive force faces a 30-day license suspension and a 14-day automobile impound keep.
