SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. — The Summerside Police Providers are investigating a canine chunk incident on the Confederation Path Wednesday, Nov. 15.
At about 9:15 a.m., police obtained a report of a lady bitten by a canine on the path between Greenwood Drive and South Drive, receiving minor accidents.
The canine concerned is described as medium to massive, largely darkish in color with some white fur. It was reportedly leashed and walked by a lady unknown to the injured.
Police need to converse to the canine proprietor. Anybody with info is requested to contact the Summerside Police Providers at 902-432-1201.
