Steven Myers to seek re-election in Georgetown-Pownal



CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. — Steven Myers has introduced he’s searching for re-election in Georgetown-Pownal within the subsequent provincial election.

“Once I first ran I dedicated to be a robust advocate for the individuals of Georgetown-Pownal and I really feel I’ve achieved that,” Myers stated in a statment.

First elected in 2011 and re-elected in 2015 and 2019, Myers has beforehand served as minister of transportation, power and infrastructure, chief of the Opposition and as chair of the general public accounts committee.

Myers is at the moment minister of surroundings, power and local weather motion and sits as a member of the standing committee on legislative administration.
