Smith denounces Monique LaGrange for comparing Pride education to Nazi indoctrination
Alberta Premier Danielle Smith stated former Pink Deer Catholic Regional Colleges (RDCRS) trustee Monique LaGrange shouldn’t have equated Pleasure training to Nazism.
“It’s an inappropriate comparability to make use of,” stated Smith at a Wednesday press convention.
“It undermines the horrible expertise that Jews had throughout the Holocaust.”
Smith stated LaGrange “has to take duty for her actions, and the board decided.” The RDCRS could make this resolution as a result of it’s an impartial course of underneath the Faculty Act.
LaGrange stated in September her Instagram story equating instructing college students about Pleasure to Nazi indoctrination was about defending youngsters.
