Six people displaced following house fire in downtown Charlottetown
CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. — Six individuals are briefly and not using a residence after an older three-storey home caught hearth in downtown Charlottetown.
In a launch, the Canadian Purple Cross stated the hearth started round 5 a.m. on April 3, and broken the house which contained three flats on Sydney Road.
No accidents had been reported from the blaze.
Canadian Purple Cross volunteers assisted three individuals from one condominium with emergency lodging and bought life meals and different fundamentals.
Residents of the opposite two models had been taken in by family or mates.
Officers stated extra assist could also be organized as soon as it’s clear when residents can return residence and whether or not requirements will be recovered.
