Six dead in Russian shelling of Ukraine district of Kharkiv -regional governor

(Reuters) – Russian shelling on Wednesday of a residential district within the Ukraine metropolis of Kharkiv killed six folks and injured 16, regional governor Oleh Synehubov mentioned.

“Sadly, the variety of useless and wounded within the shelling of Saltivka district has risen to 6 useless and 16 injured,” Synehubov mentioned on Telegram.

Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskiy deplored the assault on Telegram: “This can be a devious and cynical strike on civilians with no justification, exhibiting the powerlessness of the aggressor. We can not forgive. We’ll avenge it.”
