Siemens supervisory board employee reps against further splitting-up
BERLIN (Reuters) – Siemens’ new supervisory board is dedicated to getting rid of the portfolio coverage of the previous, stated influential worker representatives on the board, who added that they have been against additional splitting up the German industrial group.
Siemens AG, Siemens Mobility, and the bulk stake in Siemens Healthineers are “the core of Siemens, that is non-negotiable”, stated Juergen Kerner, an IG Metall board member who can also be a supervisory board member, at a press occasion late on Tuesday.
