RCMP incident closes Victoria, B.C. airport to all commercial flights – BC

An RCMP incident has closed Victoria’s airport to industrial flights Tuesday.

The Victoria Airport Authority stated it’s not commenting on the incident aside from to substantiate police are responding to a name on the airport.

Travellers are requested to not come to the airport and to examine their flight standing with their service, or on the airport web site.

“Victoria Airport Authority can not remark additional right now. We are going to endeavour to offer extra data as quickly because it turns into accessible,” the authority said in a tweet.
