RCMP arrest four people following Hunter River home invasion



HUNTER RIVER, P.E.I. — RCMP arrested 4 folks following a house invasion at an residence in Hunter River on Saturday, Feb. 18. 

Officers responded to a report of the house invasion on Route 13 simply after 8 a.m. 

Mounties realized that 4 folks pressured their approach into an residence, pointed a firearm at two folks, took a protected and fled the scene in a silver automobile. 

The 2 victims have been reportedly unhurt. 

Officers discovered the car on Decrease Malpeque Street simply because the car was getting into Charlottetown round 8:30 a.m. 

Police tried to cease the car, and it pulled right into a driveway at Kenwood Circle. 

Officers arrested two males and two girls within the car. The 4 are in custody. 

The investigation is ongoing, and police stated there isn’t a risk to the general public. 

Mounties consider the incident to be between events that have been identified to one another.
