Queen’s Platinum Jubilee invite for Isle of Wight Councillor

The Isle of Wight’s Armed Forces Champion was at Buckingham Palace for Trooping the Color on Thursday, as a part of the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Celebrations, alongside Dame Kelly Holmes, Bear Grylls and Sir Michael Palin.

Grandstand seating exterior the palace was arrange completely for using the Armed Forces neighborhood, together with present and former serving members and their households – and Binstead and Fishbourne’s Cllr Ian Dore was amongst them.

Cllr Dore, who has beforehand met Prince Edward, Duke of Wessex and Prince Charles, stated: “The Queen was my boss for a while and is the epitome of regal dignity.
