Police investigating hit and run involving transport truck in Stratford
STRATFORD, P.E.I. — Police are investigating a hit-and-run collision between a automobile and a transport truck in Stratford on Oct. 13.
Officers responded to the scene of the collision on the Trans-Canada Freeway close to the intersection of Jubilee Street and Kinlock Street round 3:30 p.m.
Police stated the driving force of the automobile was turning proper onto the freeway from Kinlock Street when it was hit by a transport truck turning left off Jubilee Street. The transport truck continued driving, and the automobile was closely broken.
RCMP famous the truck’s driver might not have realized they hit the automobile. The truck is described as having a white trailer and a light-weight blue cab.
