CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. — P.E.I.’s Division of Social Growth and Housing is taking steps to verify Island residents have entry to heat shelter as chilly climate approaches.

The division is working with shelter suppliers throughout the province to make sure all accessible beds are getting used.
