CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. — A 68-year-old man has been charged with youngster pornography offences after police searched a house in Charlottetown in November.

On Nov. 16, 2022, as a part of an ongoing investigation, RCMP executed a search warrant at a Charlottetown residence and arrested a person.

Brian Gordon Martin has been charged with possession of kid pornography, transmission of kid pornography and accessing youngster pornography.

Martin was later launched on circumstances.

He’s scheduled to seem in Charlottetown provincial courtroom on Feb. 16.
