CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. — A P.E.I. man has pleaded responsible to utilizing a cellphone to take an image up a lady’s skirt whereas inside a grocery retailer.
Wayne Russell Diamond, 70, appeared in provincial courtroom in Charlottetown on Nov. 23 and pleaded responsible to voyeurism for making a visible recording for a sexual goal.
Crown lawyer Emily Campbell informed the courtroom that on Sunday, Might 7, at 1:54 p.m., Diamond was on the Atlantic Superstore at 465 College Ave. in Charlottetown. A loss prevention officer was watching video surveillance footage and noticed Diamond following and taking photos of unknown girls within the retailer together with his cellphone.
