P.E.I. man dead after crash between motorcycle and car in Iona

IONA, P.E.I. — A 48-year-old man is lifeless after the motorbike he was driving struck a automobile on a freeway in Iona. 

RCMP mentioned the crash occurred shortly after midnight Friday on the intersection of Route 23 and Route 206.

Police imagine the collision occurred when the motorbike hit the automobile whereas driving by the intersection.

The motorbike driver died on the scene. Two folks contained in the automobile weren’t injured and administered first support to the motorbike driver till paramedics arrived.

The investigation into the reason for the crash is ongoing.
