P.E.I. gas, diesel, furnace oil prices drop Sept. 2, 2022
CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. — It’s cheaper to refill on the pumps at present after the Island Regulatory and Appeals Fee introduced a 6.9-cents-per-litre (cpl) drop within the minimal value of gasoline.
In its newest scheduled adjustment, which went into impact at 12:01 a.m. on Sept. 2, IRAC mentioned the value of standard self-serve gasoline now ranges from 165.3 to 166.4 cpl.
The value of gasoline hasn’t been this low in P.E.I. since February.
IRAC additionally introduced an 8.1-cpl drop within the minimal value of diesel whereas the utmost value of furnace oil went down 7.8 cpl.
With the adjustments, the value of diesel ranges from 211.1 to 212.3 cpl, and the utmost value of furnace oil 158.9 cpl.
