It was a combined image Friday morning for petroleum product costs on Prince Edward Island.
The Island Regulatory and Appeals Fee shifted costs round in its common weekly assessment.
It was excellent news for Islanders counting on diesel, corresponding to snowplow operators. The minimal value on the pump for diesel fell 23 cents a litre to $2.23.
However the costs for fuel and heating oil have been up somewhat.
The utmost value of heating oil rose 5.3 cents per litre to $1.59. The minimal value on the pump for fuel was up 4 cents to $1.50.
Costs for all three merchandise have been up in October and November, and significantly for diesel and heating oil.
The value of diesel has been slower to return again down, however Friday’s adjustment places it again within the vary of the place it was in early October.
The subsequent scheduled value adjustment is Dec. 30.
