CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. — A 49-year-old man is dealing with drug-related expenses after Charlottetown police carried out a search warrant at a house on Friday, Oct. 20.
Round 2 a.m., the Charlottetown Police Road Crime Unit and patrol officers searched a residence on Bayfield Road, uncovering crystal methamphetamine, methamphetamine tablets, two reproduction firearms, drug paraphernalia and roughly $1,000 in money.
A Charlottetown man has since been charged with possession of crystal methamphetamine for the aim of trafficking, possession of a methamphetamine pill for the aim of trafficking and two counts of possession of a weapon for a harmful objective.
The accused has been launched on situations and is scheduled to look in provincial courtroom at a later date.
