Man charged in connection with two arson incidents in Charlottetown

CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. — A 23-year-old man was arrested and charged Friday, July 22, in reference to the 2 arson incidents in Charlottetown, together with one involving a Pleasure flag.
