Man arrested after P.E.I. police seize drugs, guns during traffic stop in St. Eleanors

ST. ELEANORS, P.E.I. — A person is going through drug and firearms fees after police seized methamphetamine, cocaine and weapons following an early morning visitors cease in St. Eleanors on April 16.
East Prince RCMP and Summerside cops stopped the car simply after 2:30 a.m. A 28-year-old man was arrested and police seized 106 grams of methamphetamine, 245 methamphetamine drugs, 60 grams of cocaine and two firearms.
The accused was remanded in custody and is scheduled to look in Summerside provincial court docket on Could 3.
The investigation is ongoing.
