London police seek to identify male in connection with 2021 Lynda Marques killing

Police in London, Ont., are looking for to establish a male that investigators consider could have info relating to an ongoing murder investigation.

In a press launch, London police mentioned Lynda Marques was fatally shot on Sept. 10, 2021, at round 7:50 p.m., as she returned to her residence in north London.

Police mentioned the suspects fled in a black Volkswagen Jetta.

The car was recovered on Meadowlily Street South on Sept. 15, 2021.

Police mentioned officers have purpose to consider the “individuals concerned within the homicide of Ms. Marques” travelled to London from the Higher Toronto Space on Sept. 9, and left the town “instantly after her homicide” on Sept. 10.

Officers have launched the photograph of a male that investigators “consider has info” about Marques’ loss of life, including that “they want to communicate with him.”

“Investigators are requesting that residents contact police if they’ve any details about the id of the pictured male and/or his actions and actions on September 9, 2021, and September 10, 2021,” the discharge reads.
