CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. — Jessie Inman has been re-appointed for her second time period because the chair of the Holland School board of governors.
The board can also be asserting the appointment of Carl Chapman as board vice-chair and head chair of the finance committee.
Inman was first appointed to the board in November 2020 and at present serves because the chair of the governance and nominating committee.
She is a multi-award winner and was named one among Atlantic Canada’s prime 50 CEOs by Atlantic Enterprise Journal for 3 consecutive years throughout her time as CEO of the Confederation Centre of the Arts.
All through the years, Inman has served on numerous boards and committees, most notably as vice-president of the Indonesia-Canada Chamber of Commerce for 9 years, together with the board of governors for the US Chamber of Commerce in Australia.
Chapman has been an energetic member of the board and the finance committee since June 2022.
He’s the present vice-president of finance and a member of the administration staff for Bulk Carriers and group of firms, the place he’s answerable for planning and execution, monetary reporting, threat administration, month-to-month costing and extra.
