Indecent act in Waterloo prompts police investigation

Waterloo Regional Police say an investigation is underway after an indecent act was reported in Waterloo on Wednesday morning.

Based on police, a resident noticed a person engaged in an indecent act close to Blue Springs Drive and the Forwell Path at round 11:30 a.m.

Police describe the suspect as being round 60 years of age, with gray hair and a scruffy beard.

He was final seen driving away from the scene in a black automotive.
