CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. — The vacation season formally kicked off in Charlottetown on Nov. 26 as Santa Claus got here to city and greeted the hundreds of people that lined the streets to benefit from the Charlottetown Christmas Parade. After getting underway at UPEI, the parade made its approach by the downtown, a lot to the delight of all ages who have been pleased to offer a Prince Edward Island greeting to the jolly outdated man in crimson.
