CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. — The 2023 P.E.I. Rotary Youth Parliament passed off March 31 and April 1 on the Coles Constructing in Charlottetown.

The annual mock legislature brings college students from throughout the Island to play the roles of P.E.I.’s 27 MLAs.

After the scholars debated payments about points like everlasting resident voting, establishing a psychological well being court docket and serving to farmers, Kelly Tuttle was given the Frank Zakem Memorial award for youth parliamentarian of the weekend.
