Heavy fog to linger on Coquihalla summit: Environment Canada
Drivers headed onto the Coquihalla Monday morning are being warned that heavy fog is anticipated to linger, hampering visibility on the summit.

Surroundings Canada issued the dense fog warning at round 7:30 a.m. Monday, noting that visibility was at instances close to zero close to the Coquihalla Summit.
“The fog is forecast to remain for not less than two extra hours and probably as late as midday earlier than visibility improves,” reads the alert.
“If travelling, be ready for areas of near-zero visibility.”

The nationwide climate company advises that if visibility takes a flip for the more severe, drivers ought to activate their lights and preserve a protected following distance.
The freeway opened to common automobile site visitors in January following the catastrophic injury of the freeway through the atmospheric rivers in November 2021. Building geared toward repairing the street continues.
