Germany’s Scholz: trying to prevent escalation in Russia-Ukraine war

BERLIN (Reuters) – Any risk from Russian President Vladimir Putin to make use of nuclear weapons is “unacceptable” however Germany will proceed to assist Ukraine and attempt to stop an escalation within the struggle between Russia and Ukraine, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz informed ARD tv on Wednesday.
