Germany pledges $199 million in aid for displaced people in Ukraine – minister
BERLIN (Reuters) – Germany will present Ukraine with a further 200 million euros ($199.02 million) to fund support packages for these internally displaced because of Russia’s invasion, Improvement Minister Svenja Schulze instructed Funke Media group.
Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal will go to Berlin on Monday the place he’ll meet German Chancellor Olaf Scholz.
“I’ll converse to Prime Minister Shmyhal about how we will proceed to assist the Ukrainian authorities in caring for the displaced individuals,” Schulze stated.
