Gas prices in P.E.I. increase May 19, 2023

It prices a little bit extra to refill on the pumps after the Island Regulatory and Appeals Fee’s (IRAC) newest worth adjustment.

In its often scheduled adjustment, which went into impact at 12:01 a.m. on Might 19, IRAC stated the worth of fuel elevated by 1.0 cents per litre (cpl).

With the change, the worth of standard self-serve fuel ranges from 159.9 to 161.0 cpl.

There have been no adjustments to the costs of diesel or furnace oil.

Diesel costs vary from 159.5 to 160.7 cpl whereas the utmost worth of furnace oil is 100.5 cpl.

There have been decreases in propane costs which vary from 81.5 to 84.8 cpl.

IRAC’s subsequent scheduled adjustment is Might 26.
