CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. — It prices much less to refill on the pumps after the most recent worth change from the Island Regulatory and Appeals Fee (IRAC).

Propane costs vary from 81.8 to 83.0 cpl.

IRAC’s subsequent scheduled pricing adjustment is Nov. 10.
