Gas, diesel, furnace oil prices up across P.E.I.

CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. — The price of gasoline, diesel and furnace oil all elevated within the newest pricing adjustment by the Prince Edward Island Regulatory and Appeals Fee.

As of June 9 at 12:01 a.m., the price of common gasoline at self-serve shops is up by 1.0 cents per litre (cpl), and the value of diesel elevated by 1.3 cpl.

Together with taxes, the fee on the pumps for normal unleaded gasoline at self-serve shops now ranges from 165.6 to 166.8 cpl, and value for diesel is between 157.6 and 158.7 cpl.

The worth of furnace oil elevated by 3.2 cpl with the utmost value at 101.7 cpl.

The fee’s subsequent scheduled pricing adjustment is June 16.
