Federal regulator assessing Marathon Gold project in central Newfoundland
Marathon Gold already has the blessing of the Newfoundland and Labrador surroundings division for an open-pit gold mine close to Buchans, in central Newfoundland.
Now the corporate is hoping to get approval from the federal Influence Evaluation Company of Canada (IAAC), a division of the Division of Setting and Local weather Change.
