EU regulators will not appeal Qualcomm ruling, ending saga

BRUSSELS (Reuters) – EU antitrust regulators confirmed on Friday that they might not enchantment a courtroom ruling scrapping its 997 million euro ($1 billion) positive in opposition to Qualcomm, drawing a line below a long-running saga.

Reuters reported final month that the European Fee wouldn’t enchantment the Common Court docket’s June judgment due to the problem of successful over the European Court docket of Justice, Europe’s highest.

The Fee mentioned it will proceed to guard the id of nameless informants by any means needed and all confidential data.
