Edmonton police search for suspect after autopsy rules homicide – Edmonton

The post-mortem of 32-year-old Elijah Cleaver, who was stabbed in a west Edmonton residence Friday, has dominated his loss of life as a murder.

Cleaver died on scene from his wounds after members of the Edmonton Police Service arrived on the residence at 102 Ave. and 158 St. round 8 a.m., in accordance with an EPS information launch Monday night.

Police have issued a warrant for Brandon Letendre, 38, who’s being charged with second-degree homicide. Letendre is at-large and police consider him to be armed and harmful, reads the discharge.

Letendre is 6 ft tall and is roughly 220 kilos. Police encourage anybody who sees the suspect to maintain a distance, to not method him and to contact the police.
