Donalda Docherty seeking Progressive Conservative nomination in New Haven-Rocky Point

CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. — Donalda Docherty has introduced her intention to hunt the Progressive Conservative nomination for District 17, New Haven-Rocky Level, within the subsequent provincial election.
A faculty bus driver with the Public Faculties Department, Docherty has been concerned with the North River Minor Hockey Affiliation for 30 years, holding a number of management roles.
She can be a founding director of Communities 13 Inc., a former board member of Burnside Presbyterian Church and a previous chair of the P.E.I. Union of Public Sector Workers’ pension and advantages committee.
In an announcement, Docherty mentioned she is dedicated to advocating for the district’s farmers, fishers, employees, tourism operators and small companies.
